- WikiWikiWeb - Every wiki should mention that Ward Cunningham invented the wiki. It is, among many things, a collaboration tool. If you learn to use it well with others, it just might change you. It is also an example of his famous quote: "What's the simplest thing that could possibly work?" Here is a related article: http://blogs.zdnet.com/BTL/?p=2921 See the original wiki (very interesting, lots of agile-related content) here: http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?FrontPage

- Agile Project Management with Scrum. By Ken Schwaber. Largely in the form of stories (patterns), with lessons learned. Many people love this way of learning. See the right side of this page: http://www.controlchaos.com/
- Agile Software Development with Scrum. By Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle. This book takes a different approach to explaining Scrum, which other types of people will like. See: Amazon
- Extreme Programming Explained : Embrace Change (2nd Edition) by Kent Beck and Cynthia Andres. This is one of the definitive books on XP. Someone soon will also add Ron Jeffries' book. See Amazon
- Fearless Change: Patterns for Introducing New Ideas by Mary Lynn Manns and Linda Rising. This book presents patterns to help you introduce new ideas to your organization. After offering a possible sequence of how to use the patterns, the 48 patterns are presented.
